Listings

Our inventory is constantly changing. We market all of our residential properties on each of the major consumer facing listing platforms...Realtor.com, Trulia, Zillow, Homes.com, and others. But we'll let you in on a little secret: most companies' "search listings" page are no different than those major platforms, pulling data from the MLS after properties are listed there. This is all well and good, but it means that the data may be delayed, and is often incomplete. The best way to be the very first person to know about new listings and to make sure you're seeing all listings is to have one of our Realtors set up a custom MLS search directly within the MLS. New listings can then be emailed to you the moment they hit the market, before being posted on other sites. Any of our agents can help do this.
