And our job isn't finished when the deal is made. We work closely with our clients' chosen lenders, attorneys, and inspectors to ensure a smooth transaction, from start to finish.

Along with extensive internet marketing –including both local and national platforms, we place a high value on custom-tailored, targeted marketing campaigns. Direct mailings, flyers, and even personal visits to surrounding businesses and property owners are all part of our integrated marketing strategy. 


As Realtors and members of the CTMLS , we welcome the participation of our fellow commercial real estate brokers. We believe that the best way to sell or lease a property for the highest price is to give it maximum exposure. Our cooperative approach is why we are members of the Commercial, Industrial, and Development divisions of the Board of Realtors in both New Haven and Fairfield counties.

Our firm is committed to leadership and investment in our communities. Jed Backus currently serves on the national Federal Commercial Policy Committee for NAR, as well as serving as President of the New Haven/Middlesex Association of Realtors. He has also served as the 2014 Vice Chairmen of the New Haven CID, 2015 Chairmen of the New Haven CID, 2016-Present Board of Directors of the New Haven CID, NHMR Board of Directors 2015-2018. Phil Backus is past-president of the Hamden Economic Development Commission and Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee.
